At Très Beaux Loc Boutique, we take great pride in the quality of our products and services. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of hair care and beauty products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened, used, or removed from its original packaging. This policy is in place to protect the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tresbeauxinc@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to send the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Extensions & Accessories
Unopened extensions and accessories in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in the same condition received. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstance:
- Opened or used hair care products
- Hair oils, sprays, shampoos, and conditioners
- Loc ties and accessories that have been opened
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an exchange is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
