5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location. Très Beaux Loc Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or other carriers once the order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our hair care products, all sales are final. Extensions and accessories may be eligible for exchange if returned unopened and in original condition within 7 days of receipt. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at tresbeauxinc@gmail.com.

Appointment bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
